Missing Items?

If you notice an item from your order is missing, don’t worry! Many of our products ship separately and may arrive up to 10 days apart. This allows us to deliver your items as quickly as possible from different warehouses.

  • Check with your neighbors – sometimes items are left on a nearby porch by mistake.
  • Look around your property – packages may be placed behind benches, in hidden corners, or other unexpected spots.
  • Review your tracking information for updates on delivery status.

If your item hasn’t arrived after 10 days, please submit a ticket.

Tracking Says "Delivered," but I Don’t Have It

While we cannot replace the item once confirmed delivered by the carrier, you can file a claim directly with them.

  • Check with neighbors or anyone else at your address.
  • Contact your local delivery carrier with your tracking number for details.
